A question for those with a video monitor..
We have the Summer handheld. Up until today, we had the camera on the edge of the crib. I realized we had to mount it when I checked on DD today to find her all the way up on her arms STARING right into it  She was just debating how to grab it..
So...we tried a bunch of diff spots on the wall and I just feel like its such an eyesore. It's really not a big deal to have it on the wall because its for her safety, but I was curious to see where everyone else has theirs.

Once my son started ripping it down, my husband bolted it to the wall, where it has remained for almost a year and counting. I don't care if it's an eyesore, I LOVE it!

Ours is very high on the wall above her crib. I have the wire run over a wall hanging and around a corner to keep it out of reach. It's not pretty but it works and I couldn't live without the video.

Same here. It's not too bad with a hanging below it.
