A Small Daycare Victory
I've posted a lot about the horrendous transition we had when my son moved up from the infant room to the first steps room, especially as it related to drop-off.
The past few mornings I've been able to hand him over, he'd cry but by the time I'd leave he'd be fine.
Well this morning he VOLUNTARILY went to his teacher (the one I was convinced he didn't like). I was so shocked. I thought it would never happen! For the first time in about a half a year I was able to go to work without the tremendous knot in my stomach. Feels good!!!
