I just called and now they are down to $338 a month, everything rolled into the payments...i really hate negiotiating, i'm ready to just start from scratch

that's $12 less a month - it's nothing ($576 over 48 months)
you are still being over charged on this car
go get a price for another dealer- I don't think this car should be more then $300 a month- it's a $22K car

my dealer told me that the CR-V's are so hot right now that they are actually able to sell them for a few grand over MSRP- so that could be why her lease is so high.
At the same time- I would make sure for that price you are getting the TOP model- leather w/ navigation AND that you are getting maybe some more miles a year thrown in... then I'd say it was an OK deal.
Also- make sure you're getting the 4WD and not the 2WD (it comes in both versions).
I have to agree what others said though i test drove it and it didn't have enough juice for me- we actually got an Accord instead and it's just as roomy... has more horse power, etc.
edited to add- for a few bucks more a month- you can lease a BMW X-3- the lowest those go a month is $379 for a 24 month lease.

I agree- that's why I got the Accord

I am with you!! As soon as you drive that car off the lot, it looses its value.

I hate negiotiating too! That is why I bring my FIL. He is great at it!! Do you have anyone that likes to bargin?

I hate negiotiating too! That is why I bring my FIL. He is great at it!! Do you have anyone that likes to bargin?
No real negotiators here. Can I borrow your FIL? I did put a few calls to other dealers so I'm keeping my options open and I'm going to see who can give me the best deal.

Just wanted to add that I just got the Feb 07 Consumer Reports and the CR-V is rated the third highest, tight below the Toyota RAV 4 limited and RAV 4 Base, above the Suburu Forester, Hyundai Tuscon, Kia Sportage, Nissan X-terra, and quite a few others. #3 of 18.
