? About Dads and Girls when potty trained...
so DH and I were talking the other day about how Hailey is getting ready for the potty. All of a sudden he stops and says "how will I take her to the bathroom if I am out with her?". I didn't have an answer. Guy in the ladies room, a little creepy. Little girl in the mens room with urinals, even more creepy. So for those who have been there, done that, what does he do? Which is the better route? TIA

Haven't BTDT just yet, but I know a lot of places have "family" bathrooms, where it's just one room with toilet that can be used by either parent. I know they have them upstairs at the Broadway Mall and even in Target.

yes I see these a lot...if they dont have one though...then what? Im curious to hear what others say...

Dad takes little girl into the men's room. Dad can not go into the ladies room.

DH takes her to the bathroom all the time. They just go in the men's room and use the stall.

ITA. DD won't see anything inappropriate with the urinals there, especially if dad is making sure that she doesn't see anything she shouldn't.

My DH takes her into the mens room of course, I don't think it would go down to well with my DH going into the womans bathroom--lol
