? about Medella Quick Clean Steam bags
Can I use this to initially sanitize everything or should I boil and use the bags for maintenance?

I seriously don't know. 
I don't see why not. We used our dishwasher most of the time, so can't tell you what we would've done without it. But I do remember using the bags for new things while we were on trips to visit family.
