? about space saver high chairs...
I have the Fisher Price Space Saver High Chair and it says it is for newborns, infants and toddlers. My DD is 2 months old. Has anyone given their dc's a bottle in the seat at this age?

No - we had a normal/big highchair and put ds in at 4 months and we couldn't see him.
Maybe if it reclines and is strapped in tight enough. I'm not sure ds could hold the bottle himself at 2 months anyway.
Maybe you can try putting him in the boppy seat?

The chair reclines to different positions. I would hold the bottle while she is in it. I was just wondering if once in a while I put her in it.

We didn't start using the high chair until DD was 4 months and starting cereal. I think that if you reclined it all the way you should be able to use it with a bottle (it would be lilke using the infant carrier or the bouncy seat).
IMO it would be better to hold them to feed at that point, I think it is still bonding time for them.

As long as it reclines you can certainly put them in it. You can roll up a burp cloth or whatever if her head falls to one side.

Re: ? about space saver high chairs...
We have a regular highchair but didn't put DD in it until 4 months. In fact, I believe that was the recommendation for the highchair too. In any case, even at 4 months she was pretty small for it. It took a lot to get her snapped in safely but she started solids at 4 months so I needed a place to feed her. So unless you really need the highchair I would probably hold off until DC is little bigger.

Re: ? about space saver high chairs...
The space saver HC actually reclines a lot more than our regular high chair did. I didn't buy it until DD was 4 months and we had to go out to a dinner with my family for Thanksgiving and their club did not allow strollers b.c it was going to be crowded - and it was a great high chair for that. DD napped very well in it. I think you "could" use it for bottle feeding b.c it reclines pretty well - but honestly I don't think I would have chosen to use it for another 2 months. I would agree with the above posters and say try using the bouncer seat instead.
