AC Restaurants
DH and I are going to AC overnight for his b-day in a couple of weeks. We need a recommendation for a good restaurant for dinner. Italian or sushi are preferred. TIA!
ETA: Ladies, thank you for your suggestions. A lot of these restaurants look great. I would love the steakhouses. The issue is that my DH pretty much eats vegetarian at non-kosher restaurants. He's not a big fish eater, but loves sushi, and he loves pasta, so those are the main things that we look for.
Any recommendations for a good sushi restaurant or an italian restaurant with a nice pasta menu? Thanks!

There is a Carmines in the Tropicana. Family style Italian (there is one in NYC too)

I heard this is excellent. We just ate at Bobby Flay's at the Borgata and it was also EXCELLENT!!!
