Accent wall in master bedroom
DH and I are talking about painting the bedroom, adding crown moldings, etc. Now I'm thinking about doing an accent wall. A dark brown with a pattern on one wall then a beige or tan on the other 3. Thoughts?

Accent wall in master bedroom
I am not a huge fan of an accent wall that is a different color, BUT my friend painted the wall behind her bed the same color as all the other walls but added stripes. So the painter did stripes in a highgloss finish and regular finish. It really looks great

Accent wall in master bedroom
We have a navy accent wall behind the bed and the rest of the walls are tan. Our master bathroom is across from the accent wall and have Navy details as well and I thought it was a good match. Kind of brought the rooms together. People though I was crazy when it was getting painted but now all done and I love it!! Do what you think you'll like. It's only paint and you can change it if you have too. Good luck!
