accupuncture
well i found out that i am not pregnant this round of ivf. i kind of had a feeling about it.
i have heard that many women have accupunture done. does anyone know more about it and how it could help during ivf? I would be interested in looking into it further.
also, does anyone recommend any? on LI?

does your clinic recommend someone?
I did it and LOVED it. It totally relaxed me, and she was great. She works with my place, and has her own practice and is also a chiropractor.

Rosanna - I'm sorry to hear your news 
As for acupuncture there are a few of us on the boards that are doing it. I was able to lower my FSH and I feel it's due to acu, cutting out caffeine & alcohol along with some other dietary changes.
You can use this website to find one near you, you can search by expertise then area.
As for Infertility issues, there are 2 in NYC that are mentioned on many IF boards, the Berkely Center and Meridian Medical

Sso sorry this was not your time. I tried accupuncture and like Diasne said, I really felt relaxed afterward. I used a woman recommened by my doctor. Ask your RE's office - I'm sure they have someone to reccomend. GOOD LUCK!!!!

So sorry about your IVF cycle :(
I went to an acupuncturist but he wasn't familiar with fertility, so i think it's important to go to one who is.
I am pretty sure I will be going to the infertility symposium on Sunday at Hofstra, there will be a speaker there, on acupuncture...I will let you know what I find out.
I highly recommend the book "the infertility cure' by Dr. Randine Lewis...she is an acupuncturist, and the book is great.
