WW Q - Activity level????
Can someone help me figure it out if you have asked the question to a meeting leader?
I am a SAHM during the week. Work a physical job 2 days per week (activity points: 28 on work day). I guess I "sit" a lot during the day (computer, catching on some shows). But I am not sitting all day. The options are "mostly sitting" or "mostly standing".
I do gardening, mowing lawn, laundry but I also spend some time sitting also.
I don't work out but those gardening sessions count for about 4-6 points everyday. I have 28 points so far since Monday (not counting a work day).
The difference would give me 2 extra points for my day.
