Did/does acupuncture work for you?

Dealing with knee pain, hip pain, sinus pain that doctors have said 'we can't help, just deal with it."

Wondering if acupuncture would be helpful.

I have not tried accupuncture, but I do get adjusted regularly by a chiropractor.

I recommend looking into your diet. It sounds like you have a lot of inflammation in your body, so you should Try removing inflammatory foods like dairy, grains, sugar, etc. a good accupunturist will tell you the same thing

It is 100% worth the try, it cant hurt you. I go for migraines and it has helped so much.

I'm a big believer in accu. I used it not only for infertility but when I sprained my foot so bad I chipped the bone. It definitely helped with the swelling and pain.
