Add quinoa to his list of "yummy food"
I was eating quinoa and broccoli for dinner, and he is begging and begging - I figured it is the same size and texture as pastina, and gave him a mouthful, and he loooved it!!!!
Hopefully he continues to like ti when he discovers it is the quintessential "health food"

You will need to lie to him when he's older...tell him it's naughty like a candy bar or something, he'll keep eating it!

honestly, its one of those grains that taste like nothing - its all about what you mix it with and put in it - I do all sorts of things with it - its a very high protein grain.... since I'm vegan, I need that...

Last night I gave it to him from my plate - so it was kind of dry, and had some ginger sauce on it...
tonight I mixed some into into his sweet potato baby food, but he wasn't as into it - maybe he wasn't expecting his sweet potatoes to have so much texture... maybe he likes it dry, or maybe he liked the ginger sauce?
