Adding and taking away from Photos..
I wanted to take one of my wedding photos and put part of the Best mans speech on it and then frame it...
Is there anyway I can do this?? I dont have photoshop....but is there any other way I can do this??

GIMP is a 100% free tool that is very similar to Photoshop. It's pretty much all I've used for the last 5+ years.
Picasa is also free, from Google, and a lot of people here like that tool as well.
