adding name to house
Does anyone know how to go about adding a name to a house? DH bought a house before we got married and now we are looking to add my name on it and i'm not sure how its done. Do i need a lawyer? Thanks!

you'll have to have a new deed done from his name to both of you ...a lawyer would be able to draw that up for you and have it recorded in the county
