I'm going to start an adoptable dog thread! feel free to add any dogs that you may find that need homes- please add a description and location of each dog---hoping this will help some pups find homes!

this dog is what they call the helper dog in the shelter==== great temperament!

In the Yonkers shelter--which is a no kill and sometimes the dogs remain there for a very long time due to it being no kill

Bessie

Bessie is awesome. She is the sweetest dog, excellent manners and great with kids. I personally played with her, as did my kids. She doesn't people bowl, she loves to play fetch and is a great kisser. She does need to be the only light of your life though, she's just not into sharing with other dogs or with cats.

Bessie is located at the Stratford Animal Control shelter in Stratford CT. She can be all yours for only 15 dollars. Yes, FIVE bucks is the adoption fee and there is also a microchipping charge of $10, which includes lifetime registration.
