Adoption cost
Roughly...how much does Adoption cost? I know this is a very broad question. But if over the next few months our IF treatments do not work, we will be looking into adoption. So I am just curious what the costs are..

there is no one answer, it could be 10K, it could be 60K, there are sooooo many variables. private, agency, domestic, international, foster to adopt etc.

I agree with Rose825 - It depends on which route you choose. I am not familiar with foreign adoptions. Domestic adoptions vary - Some agencys request alot of up front money for expenses. If you go the independant route - the money you incur for expenses trickles alittle at a time. Either way agency or independent can end up being the same amount of money. Good luck. HTH
