Adult ADD?

Does anyone have adult add? I have started to do some research & I feel like I may have it. I have an appointment with my Dr coming up I am def going to discuss it with her.

I think i do! my doctor even suggested i did. i have Restles leg syndrome really bad and i think thats a side effect. also i cant keep my mind on anything for longer then 2 mins. unless im reading something intresting. but im also afraid of taking anything for it because i hear it can really mess with you.

I don't know anything about Adult ADD although I do suspect some people I know have it.

I know a lot about ADD in children.

I can tell you that the medication they treat it with is a stimulant - which leaves your body in 24 hours. When they get the dosage right, we saw the results immediately. If you have any questions, please feel free to FM me.

I do. I have adult adhd. Diagnosed 4 yrs ago at age 30. I take medication during the week, when I remember, and there is a drastic change when I am medicated at work and when I am not taking my meds. My productivity and focus are 110% better on medication. I do not know how I managed without meds my whole life. I tell my dr everytime I see her how much I love her. Lols. My life is so much better with the diagnosis and meds. Ask any questions you may have. I have done extensive research on the subject for 4 yrs now.
