Advice about wall tiles in bathroom
We were going to just redo the bathroom...but opted against it. Last year we reglazed the tub white, and bought a new sink/vanity, also white. Our next step is to reglaze the wall tiles...which are a lovely pepto bismal pink right now...we can pick any color we want. We laid down the sticky floor tiles over the pink floor, they are gray and white, but we are going to change those too...because we didn't really do a great job. SO...we can pick any color we want...any suggestions? I don't want to do white, because then the entire bathroom will be white. Thanks! Oh they go halfway up the wall in the bathroom area...and the top is painted white (which we can change) and then all the way up the walls in the shower.

I know you said you didn't want it to be all white, but I think that is the best choice, and then I'd change the paint color to whatever you want.

Re: Advice about wall tiles in bathroom
I have a white tub, toilet, & sink and we went with marble (brown) tile on the floor and up half the wall and a little higher in the the bath tub area and then I painted the bathroom a wine color.

Re: Advice about wall tiles in bathroom
That sounds very nice! I was thinking to go somewhere in the brown family. Any idea on how much it would cost to DIY for decent tiles on the floor? Decent meaning...a step up from the sticky vinyl tiles. Nothing too fancy. For a cape size bath. Thanks!
