advice for landing a job in this market?
Any HR people or those who have found jobs have advice. I am REALLY diving in head first in hopes of finding something by end of summer. I am fortunate to be employed but I am DESPERATE for something new and comparable --not easy--I have a fairly high level position and salary. So....I will try just about anything and I don't want to have to go to nyc.

I just got 150 applications for 1 (entry-level) position. The people who I decided to interview wrote cover letters that summarized each of their jobs------and also provided explanations for any potential concerns. (Example---a gap between jobs, etc.)
