AF is currently in for a visit but I have an OPK question
She lasts for 7 days, lately my cycles have been ranging between 28-30 days so when should I start the OPK?
Last month she arrived a week early and this month she arrived 3 days late.
I was thinking on CD11, what do you girls think?

This might help... scroll down to the chart. It suggests a 28 day cycle should test on CD11.

i would use your shortest normal cycle days. that seems to be 28, i would start testing on day 10/11..
my cycle went from 40 to 28 (went back to normal after 1st month off the pill) - i am so glad i started testing on day 11! - although it didnt work out i was glad to get the + OPK and notice other symptoms so i can be better preped this month :)
