Afraid to go to weigh in
my weigh is this friday. we came back from vacation yesterday. we ate so much food. i hope its not too bad. dh asked me what i would do if it shows a loss. i said i would kiss the ground to make matters worse, i can't go to the gym. i pulled a muscle in back

don't be afraid Gail...the scale is your friend...just keep telling yourself this  
just think, it'll only take a moment and then it'll be over and you can start fresh again this week! you're doing great, you deserve a vacation!!

thanks at least i enjoyed the food and i h ad some of my mother's home cooking

i confronted my fear. i went my weigh in. i g ained 3 lbs. i knew it would be a gain. the important thing i went to get weighed i n. i'll just get back on the wagon
