After birth how long do you wait to go to the gym again ???
Well I am assuming that you wait 6 weeks but what is the answer ??
How long after birth can you hit the gym again I know I have pounds to lose !!!

I went back after 3 weeks but I worked out up until a few days before giving birth. It was a mentally necessary for me.

My doctor says its good to go throughout your pregnancy but in moderation of course. (Not to exceed a heart rate above 140) She said its really healthy for you as well as baby. It also is will help you after the baby is born because it will be easier to lose the pounds. IMO

My midwife said 6 weeks, but I felt good enoguh to go after 3. It all depends on how you feel

My doc doesn't want me to do anything more than "walking like I'm window shopping".
I'm high risk and w/ twins so we'll see.
I might just have to call in Dr. 90210 next summer
