After you get home from the supermarket
Do you take out the really good things you bought and try a few?
Today I went to the store and got home, had some turkey, tried the drink I wanted to try and had some chips.

On the rare occasion that I buy ice cream, I'll get a spoonful before it goes in the freezer.

YES I always scoop the top of the ice cream and sample a few other things.

I do the EXACT same thing. I make a special lunch or snack with all the "good things" from the store.

Not unless I went to the supermarket hungry. Usually I go right after lunch or dinner so I am full and don't buy every single thing I see
