Oh man I hate spiders!!!!! The same thing happened to me last night. I thought there was a big black bug on the floor ( waterbug??) and started SCREAMING MY HEAD OFF.
DH came running over to kill it and it was a piece of black garbage bag 
I need to have my eyes checked!!!!!
