AHHHH, the whole house is sick
I have a cold, which started a few days ago
KJ is congested and super cranky (remind me again what I can do for a 2 1/2 week old when they have a cold)...his nose is so congested and he is all stuffed up...I tried the aspirator, didn't do much)
and Miki has a severe case of diarrhea.... she went 3 times in the past hour
This weekend should be awesome...now my DH is saying that he is not feeling well either....ahhhhhh...someone take me away to a secluded island for a few days

Your house sounds like mine! DS brought a cold home from daycare. I caught it from him and DD (almost 2 weeks old) just got it last night. She sounds congested, but doesn't have anything up her nose. I'm still suctioning her with the nasal aspirator if she's miserable, but we're also going to move the cool mist humidifier next to her bassinet tonight. Otherwise, I don't think there is much to do other than to keep nursing her and hope the antibodies pass to help her fight it off quicker! DH and MIL just started complaining of sore throats as well 
I hope all of you feel better soon!

DD is sick over here too and I feel like I have a cold coming on as well.  Hang in there!! I hope everyone gets better over at your house!!

Humidifer and that saline spray works wonders! I found that too much suctioning really irritated my DD's nose so we avoid it when we can - she has sensitive skin though. Hope you all feel better soon!

Thanks all, miki is still having some stomach issues and she is crying , saying her belly and butt hurts (I assume from all the wiping and pooping)...she is in good spirits aside from that but I just feel so bad for her
dh took KJ into the steamy bathroom and that seemed to help.

Steph-let her take a warm bath and put some dipaer cream on her butt!

This is how we were yesterday! James has very bad bms and a runny nose. Claire's nose is running like mad. I felt like I was hit by a mac truck.
Today, we are doing a bit better.
