Airplane/ Bermuda travel with baby for the FIRST time

Hi girls! We are taking our first family vacay, direct flight to Bermuda. DD is eight months old, not yet crawling. I have a few questions though..
-Should I bring an umberella stroller or my city mini (she naps well in the city mini)
-Should I get a stroller travel bag? Is it worth the cost?
-Do I put her food & formula in our carry on? Will the airport give me a hard time?
- Should I rely on the crib provided by the resort or bring my pac&play?
- ANY other btdt advice or suggestions is appreciated! TIA! Chat Icon

-Should I bring an umberella stroller or my city mini (she naps well in the city mini): If you plan on letting her nap on the fly than def bring the city mini. I brought my Vista to Miami for the same exact reason.

-Should I get a stroller travel bag? Is it worth the cost? Yes x100, My Vista was actually slightly damaged even in the bag, I have no doubt they would have torn the fabric if I didn't use the bag. I have both gate checked and checked underneath the plane and it got damaged when i gate checked!

-Do I put her food & formula in our carry on? Will the airport give me a hard time? I EBF so I can't help with the formula, but I have traveled with snacks for her and those food pouches and they were fine with it.

- Should I rely on the crib provided by the resort or bring my pac&play? Honestly, lugging the pack and play wasn't worth it for me- DD hated sleeping in it any ways. I brought a crib sheet for the hotel crib, but she always winds up in bed with us. She can't seem to sleep through the night if we are in the same room as her.

I brought an umbrella stroller just bc it's small n compact but if u say she will nap better in the city then bring that. I did not use a bag bc u gate check it n they bring it right to u when u land. We've never had problems. You can bring whatever u want as far as food n drinks for ur dd. They will check it out by pulling it to the side n testing it but dont worry...bring what u can! Dont bring a pack n play..too much carrying around. The hotel will provide one..just call in advance n double check. Have a great trip..thats one place id like to go to!!
