Airwalker Review
A few weeks ago I posted about the Airwalker from Brookstone.
We got it and have used it for a few days.
Pros: *small *VERY quiet, silent almost. *I don't feel hunched over like I do on bikes or treadmills bc you have to keep your arms up to work it. *convenient fun workout to do while watching TV *low impact
Cons: *honestly, it isnt THAT intense of a workout. I can do it very fast and break a sweat BUT there is very little resistance on the machine.
**I think it is great for someone who DOESN'T exercise. DH and I only go walking - no gym, no machines. So, it is great for us and we each do 30 minutes a day. But if you are a gym buff it is probably too easy for you.

Re: Airwalker Review
Thanks for the review! I've been curious about it since you first mentioned it before Christmas.
I'd love to have a small exercise machine for my apartment (our landlord is on the floor below us so I can't get anything too noisy!), but I'd need something with a bit of a challenge because I run / strength train a few times a week already.

Re: Airwalker Review
I have been eyeing one of these up for a long time now but I am not sure if I'd ever use it. I too am on the 2nd floor and can't have a big machine. I would like to use this when I watch t.v. instead of sitting on my arse. I figure every little bit helps!
