Alarm System
Hi! Looking to get an alarm system for our new house. The house already has ADT installed, but I wanted sure if it was better to just go with them or to get a totally new company. Any recommendations? Thanks!!

ADT was pricy. I just did protect America all wireless. No equipment fee. For 15 Windows 3 doors a motion sensor and camera plus cell app I pay $48 monthly I love it no issues and I watch the dog all day on the camera

Call around and see the cost. The nice thing about the alarm already being installed is ADT will likely just have to update the hardware, but it's all basically there already.

Banner Alarm in North Massapequa. They are awesome!! Their install work is top notch and we only pay $65/quarterly for our central service monitoring.

ADT is pricy & kind of a pain in the a$$ when you have to get something fixed.
But, slomins has horrible day to day service.

We signed with slomin's when we bought our house but keep in mind its a 5 year contract. I have noticed they raise the price of monitoring a little bit each year.

Our house had ADT installed when we bought it and we went with them. They quoted $39.99 but after haggling got it down to $32.99. No contract. Have had it just a few months so can't say anything about the service
