Alimentum covered by Empire Plan?
DD has to switch formula. I'll call later but wondering if anyone knows the deal with this?

We hae Empire BCBS and DS's formula is 100% covered through them.
We went through Edge Park Services - to set everything up. They bill insurance every month.
You will need a letter from your Ped stating why DD needs to be on Alimentum. This will need to be sent to the insurance company.
Call Empire - they will tell you what you need to do.

we had empire united healthcare and it was totally covered and delivered to the house monthly.
