All Inclusive in Riviera Maya/Playa Del Carmen Family Friendly
Can anyone recommend a family friendly all inclusive in Riviera Maya/Playa del Carmen?
Criteria: beautiful beach, great food, not far from airport, not outrageously expensive.

iberostar paraiso lindo/maya - Been there twice and will continue to go back. Perfect for kids...Kids club for 4+, kids shows, lazy river, kids play ground, wave pool. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Beach is fine.

We stayed at Now Saphire. Same hotel group as Now Jade.
We had a great time! We did not go with kids, but there were families there and it was very family friendly. Beach was beautiful. Pools were great. Drinks were fine for all inclusive. Food was good - better than I expected for all inclusive. No annoying restaurant reservations. I can't comment on availability for beach and pool chairs. I refuse to wake up early on vacation, so we booked the privilege package where they reserve your beach chairs for you. And we went to the adult privilege pool when we wern't on the beach. If chair availability is a concern for you, I'd ask about it on tripadvisor.

Love the excellence resorts in cancun. They have 2 locations one is closer then the other. I have syaed at both and want to go back everyday!

Excellence does look awesome, but they are adult only.
They do own a resort called Beloved and it is north of cancun. It looks really nice! And it is a family resort i believe. Maybe check that one out.

My husband just stayed at the Moon Palace for a destination wedding...he said it was great! I know there were plenty of families there as well.
