I went and opened my new cookie press box that I got last year for christmas from my sister and it is used, there is old cookie dough stuck in it   
I'm so mad, it has a BBB price tag - should I bring it back, I never used it!!! YUCKKKKKK!!!!!!

When my mom bought me my pots from BBB they had definitely been used! Ick. They took them back no problem.
