Allergist at Good Samaritan Pediatric Services??

I have to take DD2 to the allergist. She's sick constantly, seems to have no immune system (she currently has a sinus infaction, coxsackie, and a fungal infection all at the same time) coughs all the time poops 5-8 times a day, constantly has hives and rashes....She's a total mess. The ped keeps treating whatever is right in front of him, but I feel like a there's a systemic problem going on, and I need it addressed.

Has anyone ever been to the allergist/immunologist at Good Samaritan Pediatric Services, on Deer Park Rd? When I did a search on LIF, I came up with places that were REALLY far from me, like Great Neck and Lake Success. I need someplace a little closer to home.

Any other recommendations nearer to me (Lindenhurst) would be appreciated as well.

We have used other doctors in that practice and have been pleased. I believe it's a highly rated pediatric specialty care center, so I would go ahead and try to get an appt!

Yes, we've been there to see Dr. Gold (gastro). He was great! His wife is a ped allergist at another hospital, so he is pretty knowlegable if you see him.

Sorry, I just reread your post and Dr. Gols isn't an allergist, but I have heard good things about that group in general.

I am bringing my son to an allergist in Bayshore, Dr Guida if thats closer to you.
