Allergy Medications
My allergies are killing me today to the point where I can't seem to focus on anything.
Are allergy meds okay to take while ttc? I don't want to do anything I am not supposed to be doing.

they are only good to take if they don't contain a decongestant. anything with "D" in it can dry up your mucus membranes - which might mean no CM for you, and a less-than-ideal environment for the sperm.
