Has anyone ever gone through allergy testing for something only to find out that blood work did not show an allergy, but that did not mean you were not allergic? And to find out you would have to schedule sessions to eat the food while in the office so that you could be monitored?

I was going to have to do this, but got to scared and dropped the ball on it. The thought of scheduling appointments so that I could sit and eat and wait for a reaction just freaked me out . . . .
