Almost 11 weeks and crampy-anything to worry about?
I am almost 11 weeks and I am pretty crampy today. I was very aggravated this morning and now I want to clean, but the cramps get worse when I get up to do things. My parents said to relax but my mom made me nervous because she was doing her usual "Have you had them before" "I never had cramps" blah blah blah. Now I am nervous. I am drinking water. They are not horrible-in my lower abdomen feel like they are going up and down. They are not as bad when I am resting. They get worse when I try to get up and do anything or bend over. No blood at all.
Anything to worry about?

Just drink lots and lots of water and keep your feet up!

Yeah, just relax. I still have cramps on and off at 15 weeks and last week my dr. said totally normal - still growing/changing.

When I had cramps at that point, my OB said it was my uterus stretching. Nothing to worry about unless you have any bleeding.

Re: Almost 11 weeks and crampy-anything to worry about?
I think we have the same due date.
I've been a little crampy past few weeks, but most cramps was 4-5 weeks. They get worse when I stand up to stretch or twist.
I don't move around a lot because I get dizzy and nauseous if I do. I'm not anemic but I seriously feel like it.
I think if I moved more, cramps would be worse.

Just relax and take it easy. At some stages in my pregnancy I had cramps and at others I didn't. I'm sure it is normal growing and stretching of the uterus, but just stay hydrated and stop cleaning!!!

Keep drinking water, even if you think you are drinking enough, drink more. You are also going to start to notice a lot of round ligament pain around this time which can feel painful and like cramping.
If you are not bleeding and the cramps are not horrible then generally you are ok!
But, always call your OB if you are concerned!
