I was told lobster is fine to eat in moderation which is good because i love lobster!!

The American Pregnancy Assoc lists lobster as High Mercury (same as canned albacore tuna) and says you can have three 6oz servings per month.

Absolutely!! My OB said shellfish were fine - as long as it was cooked not raw.
