am i crazy for wanting more than 1 diaper bag?
i figure its going to be my purse as well because i won't carry a purse AND diaper bag...so i want one in brown and one in back to match my outfits / boots / shoes...is that crazy?
i know some people also like to have one nice one and one knockaround.

i don't think your crazy at all.....i ended up going for a tan one so it would match brown or black....i don't think there is anything wrong with getting two

I always had a few that I switched back and forth between. I def had a brown leather and black one, then I also had a Vera Bradley one

not crazy at all. i will have two, one fully functional but boring and one hopefully functional and fun
having two to match various types of clothes makes perfect sense to me.

I had 2 when I DS was born. I quickly realized I hated one of them and never used it again.
Then the second one broke when he was around 7 or 8 months and I still needed a diaper bag so I bought another. That was the last bag.
So far I have 1 diaper bag. But I'm not even sure I love it so I am still thinking about what I am going to do about it.

No - I bought a Coach one and my mom bought me another brand, I figure that I can use both they are similar in color but the Coach one I think is for more going out and nice places, I feel the one my mom got me would be good for like parks and beach and places like that
Plus I don't think DH wants to carry the Coach one!

Not at all - but speaking from a BTDT perspective, buy yourself one before baby comes - and after you use it and see what you love/hate about it - buy your 2nd one based on what youi 'now' know ..........
I have a black Coach that I love and used to death w/ Sean - and will happily use w/ this one as well -
but there are things I'd change about it if I could

I don't think so... but maybe that's because I have 2 on my registry 
One skip hop versa and another larger skip hop bag that DH can also use.

I love the Vera Bradley but that won't go with everything I feel like I would need a brown and black one also!
