Am I the only nut that does this when selling stuff on Craigslist?
I clean what ever I sell. Does anyone else do this? I like to make sure it is as clean as I can get it.

Yes of course -- I wouldn't buy something dirty so I woulnd't expect anyone to buy it from me unless it's clean.
If I don't like the way the person's house or car looks (depending on where we are meeting), the sale is ruined.
