Not at all!!! I actually am having an Italian hero for lunch today! Yummmm. And I eat cold cuts all the time, COLD! I also have been dying and highlighting my hair too. I also eat sushi, RAW! And hot dogs.
My dr said to continue my normal lifestyle when I went through my list with him.
The only thing I do is watch my mercury intake.

i drink coffee, but decaf, and i have cold cuts but i try to stay away from cured meats (like salami).

I make myself a 12 oz travel mug of coffee every day - I drink about 2/3 of it. I have a double shot of espresso on the weekends.
I don't eat cold cuts or dye my hair because I never do.

I don't dye my hair or drink coffee, just because I don't normally, but I DO eat cold cuts when I feel like it and drink diet soda like a fiend.

I drink a medium cup of DD coffee every morning and occaisonally even a small at night. I eat whatever the heck I feel like, with the exception of anything raw, but I wouldn't eat raw food not pregnant! I lived on turkey and cheese for a while because it was the only thing I could tolerate.  is doing just fine... (so was DD#1!)

I drink coffee every am. Just one cup. haven't had cold cuts yet since I can't see or smell them (but hopefully I will soon!) and I haven't dyed my hair yet but I have an appt in two weeks for a dye and cut Can't wait!

I eat cold cuts!!! Never did with my first pregnancy, but after reading all the threads on here and seeing how many other are eating them i decided to...for the last two nights i had a pastrami sandwich...although i only put two slices of pastrami on it and i also heat it up.
I've also been drinking gingerale on the weekends!
Does baby go crazy when you drink ginger ale? I did for the first time last night (leftover from superbowl otherwise, its not my "thing") ... Baby was absolutely so freakin hyper... I might test it out again today

supposedly up to 2 cups of coffee a day is ok.......
coldcuts heated up is ok.
highlights are ok- because they don't touch the scalp

Nope, you are not alone. I eat cold cuts, drink coffee, even tuna and splenda here and there. I don't dye my hair but I would if I wanted to and I was the same way with my other 2 kids.

I don't drink coffee, but only becaue I don't like it. I have had cold cuts many times and I have gotten my hair highlighted twice and I'm going again next week.

i hilight my hair
i drink 1 cup of coffee/day
with- gasp- a splenda! (DR said its OK)
i dont eat turkey or ham cold cuts unless heated up - but I will eat roast beef with no issue
i also hve a little red wine on occasion... maybe 1/2 glass 2x a month...
its all about your personal comfort level.

I drink the occasional coffee...but I would everyday if I wanted it. I eat coldcuts and sushi and really whatever cheese I want. I am also getting my hair straightened at 30 something weeks. My OB told me as long as I don't eat it then I'm fine

I drink tea everyday and have coldcuts sometimes. I want to dye my hair so bad but I'm nervous the nurse will yell at me! Last pg she told me not even semi-permanent  I'm a hairdresser and I've been coloring client's hair this whole time anyway.
