Am I the only one who has trouble staying on their left side???
Please tell me I'm not! It is so hard for me to stay sleeping on my left side for long periods of time. Ugh! Only 7 more weeks to go!

Am I the only one who has trouble staying on their left side???
I have a very bad time sleeping on my side, and in always slept this way before. Now some reason everything hurts, especially my hips/thighs. I have a long way to go too...

for ths reason i am up nearly every 1-2 hours.. it is crazy...sides hurt.. back is nearly impossible, stomach is impossible.. i take a lot of naps on the weekends, and am sleep deprived throughout the week.. everyone has a like boppy or snoogle pillow?

Am I the only one who has trouble staying on their left side???
I've always been more comfortable on my right side. From what I've read thats ok as long as you're not flat on your back. But I try propping myself up with a pillow behind my back to keep me on my side and I still wake up either on my back or on my other side.

Nothing is comfortable for me either anymore. My hips really hurt sleeping on my sides, my stomach is rock hard at night and I toss and turn every hour. I can't wait to sleep on my stomach again!!!!

nothing is easy or comfortable and i think i always sleep on my right side now. i can sometimes fall asleep on the left but i always wake up on my right side and i usually get more relief on the right.

I've never even tried staying on my left side. My OB said sleep any way I can or want as long as it doesn't hurt or I have trouble breathing.

I flip from side to side. I'm a side sleeper naturally so thankfully this isn't too bad for me. Have you tried a body pillow or snoogle?

I can't lay on my left side at all. I know its better for you because of the blood flow, but I just can't last longer than 2 mins on the left side. I have been sleeping on my right side.
