i have a pair...hot pink and yellow...and yes, they remind me of childhood too and thats totally why i HAD to get them!! i like anything that is "very totally childhood early 80s retroish"

Honestly..I think they are adorable...but I could see they "working"" on a fashion model with $200 jeans and a nice shirt..
If I tried to wear those with sweats and a a tee, I would look a little silly.
