Am Runners
Do you eat before you run because I find I get wiped out quicker than I do when I run during the evening.

Re: Am Runners
I do not. It would make me feel sick, but many of my gym friends say they can't run without eating.

Re: Am Runners
No, I do not. I also can't eat right before I run at night because I feel I don't have the same stamina when I do.

Re: Am Runners
I never eat before if I am running 5-6 miles. Anything longer I eat a banana, half a protein bar or toast.
Eat half a banana...that should hold you over!

Re: Am Runners
If you run a long distance then you should eat something with carbs in it before you run. But usually I don't eat if it's just a couple miles.

Re: Am Runners
I don't eat anything, except, like Robyn, a banana before a long run. If I eat anything...it forces my digestive system to work a little harder and I might not make it to the end of the run
