Amazing how a bowel movement can make me feel thinner
I know this is TMI, but I am always amazed at how a substantial bowel movement can make me feel like I lost two inches off my waist.

oh yeah - I hear ya - everytime I was happy I put on a few pounds, 1 god BM would bring me back to square 1!!!

I am glad you feel thinner. I don't at all after going #2.
First off, I feel like my a@@ doesn't fit on the seat anymore.
Then, I find myself needing to remove my pants and go into a yoga type stretch to wipe.

There's a part of me that's looking forward to getting an anema at the hospital. I must have atleast 5 pounds backed up in me right now.

I'm right there with ya!! My ob's office recommended a warm glass of prune juice and I was so desperate I did it! It actually wasn't that bad .
