American Girl Doll - Question
I bought DD an American Girl doll. We bought the "special" hair brush.
However, when I brush her hair for DD her hair falls out. Is this normal?

I think the brush is designed so that the hair doesn't fall out when brushing it, atl east that is our experience.

Hmmm..that's why I bought it.
If it keeps coming out I will ask the company if that is normal.

If she is a brand new doll, it's normal for some hair to fall out in the beginning

they told me never to brush the hair dry, always dampen it with a mist of a spray bottle. maybe thats why? (they told me this when we were in NYC at the AG "hair salon")

Spray the hair with water.
My DD's AGD hair falls out all the time I hate it I think its gross. It shouldnt fall out.
and you have to use the AG brush

Ours too. It really irritates me for such an expensive doll. Their hair is crapola!! It's always a matted mess.
