Is there anywhere to buy them besides their stores or online? Wanted to see if I could get them a little cheaper.

Actual genuine american Girl brand, no. But Target, toys r us, even michaels has things for 18" dolls which is what a standard American girl is. And the knock off stuff is soooo much cheaper !!

Yes. I keep seeing all the catalogs advertise clothing and accessories for 18" dolls (so basically it will work with the AG dolls).
