Ok, so what did we all think of last night's episode? I was so disoriented watching it. I'm still not sure if I liked it or not. I prob have to watch it again.

I slept through the first half, but saw the rest so I'll have to rewatch it too but I don't understand why the couple that bought the house would ever go back. So that annoyed me lol

Yeah, that annoyed me too. I was also so confused with who was who. I had to keep telling myself, ok that was the actress that played her, or that was the real person, etc. It was weird.

I jumped 2 times.
possible spoilers below...
When the girl was in the car. I was expecting something to happen but was not expecting it at that moment.
Then when Rory was attacked.
also did you see that everyone in the house dies except for one person.
I think possibly matt because in the one episode when matt sleeps with lady gaga... she likes him. kind of made a deal with the devil...
But I could be wrong. kind of hope kathy bates' character lives!

however, I loved how they continued it. Making it "real". However, i think the fact that we know they all get killed off, except one, kind of ruins it. So, Im now just waiting for moments where Im like "goner, goner, goner". I also think matt will live bc of the lady gaga thing, the only other thing Ive considered is that its Flora's mom bc she didnt kill her DH and we know he is there, so he saves her and she gets to clear her name bc of the footage.

I loved it sort of. My guess is that the real Matt lives. The only thing that bothers me is wtf the stayed in the first place. The second i saw a ghost I would have been out and i would have never gone back. Never ever ever.

I agree with those that said why would anyone ever go back there? I certainly would not. You KNOW that shizz is real!!
And before they said everyone dies, I knew everyone died. I also think Matt will be the only one to come out alive. At least they didn't bring the daughter back, right?

I'm late, but I am baffled why shelby, Matt and Lee would go back??? That just doesn't make any sense to me. Forget the butcher but all the spirits? ? How did the nurses know Rory''s name? And what about the police? ? When shelby and Matt escaped did the not go to the police, report something? Couldn't just go to the TV with the story right? If th house is so dangerous, I would think official's would try to keep people away but maybe I am thinking about it too hard.
Again, WHY on earth go back??????? So stupid! !

I've gotten so bored with this show now. I keep trying to like the new seasons of AHS but like I always say, except for the first season the rest don't compare. This show was a total one hit wonder.

I found myself covering my eyes a lot, anticipating what was going to happen. Especially the scenes with Kathy Bates. She scares the bejeezus out of me.

Yes, the Matt/Gaga thing was a complete surprise, but I have to say, I was happy when the Butcher killed Kathy Bates. She was irritating the crap out of me with her yammering. I'm generally annoyed that she killed so many people herself and it wasn't the real Butcher. But those Polks..  they're even nastier than the pretend Polks.
And I guess we were all wrong - Matt clearly doesn't survive this.

Did not see the Shelby/ Matt thing happening. And the torture type sh!t with that backwoods freak family freaked me the eff out! Dear God. The whole season is just so not believable . Agree 100% no sane person would ever go back to that house!

It is just so over the top ridiculous.
Kathy Bates character has 9 lives....
So obviously matt is off the list of the last one to be alive.
I read that Sarah Paulson is the one who will be alive. Because all of her characters on AHS have never died.

I actually really love this season. I think the reasoning for going back was explained nicely- Matt went back for gaga (loved Shelby bashing this head in!) and she went back for him- people do stupid things in the name of "love" and I think they're doing a great job giving motivation to everyone.
