My sister and sister in law live in that area. I know prices have come down, but I can't understand why that house hasn't sold????

It also has a finished basement that can be turned into an apt with proper permits. I think buyers are hoilding out for that miraculous deal..

Re: An LIF Posters' Houise for Sale in Kings Park
Its funny because where I am, there were 6 homes for sale in my development (Smithtown area, Smithown schools) in the high 700's through high 800's and three of them just went in to contract. They were on the market for 2 months or so.
Tell her to hang on things seem to be moving. After thinking about it, I also think her price range is tough, because its just at the lower range of a trade up price range (kwim). They are also building in that area, although I think those homes off of Landing are in the 900's and up.

You're right. It's a good bargain for the neighborhood too and although it was just completed last year it is not one of those white elephant type houses.
I don't really think they have great pictures listed either. Her husband did an amazing job on the landscaping and they have a cute porch. In the back is a separate dog run. She's got a super cute custom painted nursery for her girls. it is a beautiful house. Thanks for looking..and spread the word!
