And... a bragging moment
I've been working off my little tushy! So I had the day off on Wednesday and tried on all my spring/summer clothes from last year, which do NOT fit at all, so I went shopping... and to my amazement and shock... although I was a size 12 last year around the same time.... I am now officially a size...
FOUR!!! 4!!! 4!!! 
I can't believe it!! I guess the running has turned a lot of fat into muscle weight, because although the numbers on the scale haven't moved much in weeks, I went down another dress size in the last month 
So, I used that as a justification to spend an OBSCENE amount of money on a new spring/summer wardrobe

I parcelled them out - some to a friend who had a baby and has no post-pregnancy clothes, and some to a teacher at my daughter's preschool The rest, I'll donate...

Wow!!! Good for you, what a great feeling. Can I said if you were always a runner? I want to get back on track as far as losing weight, but I would love to learn how to run. I think if I run around the corner I would be out of breath.

I used to run... LONG before I had kids, for a couple of years. I got back into it recently by using the Couch to 5k program, which is interval training - it's a SLOW transition back into running and makes it much more manageable. I downloaded the podcasts onto my iphone and the rest was history!
