And just when LIF goes down....
I finally got my BFP! Two mornings ago.
This was an unmedicated but monitored cycle with Kofinas...we were trying before returning to IVF after 3 failed FET's last year. I still can't believe it. I had a tiny but of light brown spotting yesterday and am taking today off to rest.....nurse says it's normal for thrombo patients. There was no more spotting this morning and I got another BFP this morning.
It's hard for me to grasp...still so nervous...I had 3 losses in 2012 and this is the first time I've been pregnant since 10/12. I only have one tube, so this was a longshot.
If anyone is considering going to Kofinas....go. He is the reason I got my BFP.

LIF should go down more often. 2 BFPs during this outage

Thank you! I should have also mentioned that Kofinas diagnosed me with genetic thrombophilia last Dec,
and I've been on Metformin 2x a day ever since. I was a patient at RS of NY all of last year and my RE never looked into this. They were prepared to have me start another IVF cycle on the exact protocol that failed 3 consecutive times.

Wow! amazing news! I am seeing Kofinas too and he also has me on metformin (1x a day because my gastro wanted me to start slow) but I think it was because of PCOS. But I also have mthfr hetero A. I am so happy for you!
