I actually just bought the first book! I've heard the same thing- that after awhile it's just the same story with a few minor details turned around. I still want to read them anyway.

I've read up to 14 or 15? plus the in betweens. Yeah, it's the same story but they're nice, quick reads and entertaining. The newer ones aren't as funny as the first few but they still have their moments.

I'm excited! I was going to start reading this the other day, but I stopped myself. I have a 5 hour flight on Saturday that this will take care of!

ive read the first 4 so far -- they are good very quick reads.
The only thing I don't like is how in every book they describe all the main characters again.
